It’s a recurring source of anger for me that ex Disitiser Mr Biffo (aka Paul Rose) now writes for Eastenders. What a waste.
Incidentally, I regularly and unashamedly watch Eastenders. I console myself with the thought that no matter how bad things get, I will never be Ricky. I can’t imagine anything worse than bumping uglies with the ex-cokehead, plastic septum, bulldog-drinking-vinegar faced Sam Mitchell.

You know how you should never, ever try to use a terminal or install an OS when drunk? Well the same applies when you have a fever from a bad cold.
I was trying to install Ubuntu PPC onto my aging eMac, when in a bout of feverish stupidity I wiped out my OSX partition. I’ve installed linux distros quite a few times, so I’m putting this down the the damn (human) virus.
Everything was backed up, except for a few downloads and this website. So now that I’ve re-installed PHP (using the entropy package) and MySQL I’ll set about putting some content on. Again.
I’m now off to punch myself in the face.
